Tasting Notes: Strawberry Jam, Papaya, Maple, Balanced Acidity, Medium Body
This Nicaraguan coffee features complex notes with a distinct strawberry jam flavor and a balanced acidity. Finca El Bosque is a Rainforest Alliance Certified farm which produces only shade grown coffee.
This particular coffee was processed using natural anaerobic fermentation. Anaerobic processes remove oxygen and CO2 from the fermentation tanks. Removing oxygen slows down the fermentation time and allows the coffee cherries to develop an ultra-fruity flavor profile before drying.
